After implementing INSIDER, the data confirmed some of those concerns. Some employees were late, some took extended lunch breaks, and some showed consistently low activity levels. I addressed these issues with the team, and after that, working-time compliance improved. Thanks to INSIDER, I no longer have to worry. Now I have clear visibility into team activity even when I am away from the office.

We use the INSIDER On-Premises version. It works great, and technical support is quick to resolve any issues. Using this service, we track working hours, monitor performance, and prevent incidents. Even if something happens (data theft, etc.), we have detailed activity records. INSIDER also takes screenshots and monitors communications, email, and more. Generally, this program is perfect for companies that need high accountability and want to protect proprietary data.

INSIDER helps us monitor the quality of our employees' work daily. Our company has a flexible schedule and hourly pay, which makes it difficult to estimate how much time each person actually worked. Previously, we paid based on trust, but now everything is completely fair. Personally, I like the ability to track performance against targets.
