More than 2000 companies use INSIDER.
The COVID-19 pandemic and the growth of remote and hybrid work have changed the way businesses manage distributed teams.
INSIDER provides visibility into employee activity across office, remote and field-based teams.
Based on our customer data, INSIDER can help organisations identify productivity opportunities and improve how working time and workloads are managed.
INSIDER began as an internal tool designed to collect work-activity data and help managers understand productivity and working-time patterns.
The idea was born from a real business need. During the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, INTEC employees transitioned to remote work, and the company faced new challenges in maintaining productivity, managing workloads, and meeting project deadlines.
To address these challenges, INTEC developed and implemented the first beta version of INSIDER.
Over the following year, the company reported a 50% increase in net profit while improving workforce productivity and operational efficiency.
After some time, we released INSIDER to the market. The shift to remote work created new challenges around productivity visibility, workload management and team coordination. INSIDER helped managers address these challenges with activity and working-time insights.
We continue to develop INSIDER based on customer feedback, new workforce models and evolving information-security requirements.
As of 2023, more than 300 organizations with a staff of up to 50 people, and more than 200 companies with a staff of over 50 people, have implemented the platform.
