Clinical Diagnostic Laboratory has existed since 2003 and today is the largest network of 13 laboratory complexes and numerous offices. The group of companies employs about 2,000 employees. 70% of them are office staff.

The director for strategic development of a clinical diagnostic laboratory contacted us. The task was set to monitor the work of employees of regional branches remotely.
The task that was set for the INSIDER system was to control the most undisciplined employees of remote branches. Moreover, if violations were detected, evidence and facts were needed “on hand”.

To choose from a system for monitoring personnel work and monitoring workplaces
INSIDER was influenced by several facts:
Already in the first week, employees realized that the manager (regardless of location) controls not only tasks and results (this is in another program), but also what exactly specialists do on computers during working hours.
This contributed to increased staff self-motivation. Employees have become more disciplined, spend less time on social networks and online shopping, and pay more attention to their immediate responsibilities.
Another result of using INSIDER is the identification and subsequent dismissal of employees who are slowing down the work process. Moreover, the decision was made on the basis of real, objective data about their work activities.
