Task
Employees were unable to complete tasks on time due to network overload with torrents and distractions from computer games, which caused the company to lose a large contract. The manager needed a reliable tool that would allow him to better monitor the actions of his staff and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
Process
INSIDER collected and analyzed data on the actions of personnel, which made it possible to block access to a number of programs and sites at the hardware level. Through the reports, the manager learned that some of the suspicious employees were actually productive. We also managed to solve problems with network congestion and increase the speed of task completion.
