About the client
The company develops software for business. There are more than 150 employees on staff.
Task
The company was faced with a problem related to unacceptable behavior by a subordinate. It was noticed that an employee from the development department showed ambiguous attention towards one of her colleagues. The girl reported this to management, however, no clear evidence of harassment could be found.
Process
To clarify everything, the company decided to use the INSIDER monitoring system. The service allows you to track the activity of employees on the computer, recording everything using screenshots and a keylogger.
System administrators set up monitoring of the actions of both employees and assigned trigger words to the keylogger.
Result
For two weeks, HR carefully monitored the behavior of subordinates. Thanks to the system, it was possible to record several incidents that made it possible to accuse an employee of harassment.
Interaction between colleagues was immediately stopped. The developer was suspended. The company decided to conduct regular training to raise awareness of this issue, prevent further incidents and provide a safe and comfortable environment for its team.
